I’VE LIVED THE SHIFT, NOW I HELP WOMEN MAKE IT.

I work with high-capability women who know they are no longer meant to remain where they have learned to function so well.

My work begins where external success stops explaining internal friction – when life may look full, capable, and well-held from the outside, yet privately something no longer fits.

After more than two decades in corporate leadership, executive management, and family business, I developed a sharp understanding of what capable women carry quietly: over-functioning, internal negotiation, invisible ceilings, and the ways identity can lag behind what life is already asking of them.

What Shaped the Work

Two Decades In
Corporate leadership, executive management, and family business. I learned what it costs to be the person everyone relies on – and how easily that competence becomes a ceiling of its own.
The Turn
I stopped treating the friction as a scheduling problem and started treating it as an identity one. That is when the four patterns – Proving, Protecting, Postponing, Performing – became impossible to unsee.
The Method
The Authority Shift came out of that: a three-stage methodology – Unbecome, Rebuild, Rise – for women who are done collecting insight and ready to live the change.
Now
Private coaching, discovery sessions, and BE Retreats. Based in Australia, working globally online, alongside a life that includes family, horses, and time outdoors – the things that keep me honest about what a full life actually looks like.
Because identity work is never abstract – it is lived, tested, and continuously chosen.
